Piston Compressor

A reciprocating piston compressor compresses gas through the reciprocating motion of a piston within a cylinder. Driven by an electric motor, the crank-connecting rod mechanism completes the cycles of intake, compression, and exhaust. It features a simple structure, strong adaptability, and high efficiency, making it particularly suitable for high-pressure output (up to 15–300 bar in industrial applications). Classified by cylinder arrangement into vertical, horizontal, and angle types, it is widely used in petroleum, chemical, refrigeration, and general air supply applications.

    High Volumetric Efficiency and Low Leakage: 

    Using contact-type piston ring sealing, the clearance between the piston ring and the cylinder mirror surface is extremely small (only 0.03 mm when the outer diameter is ≤250 mm). Combined with multi-stage sealing design, leakage is far lower than non-contact sealing structures, ensuring extremely high volumetric efficiency.

    1.Oil Industry
    Used to compress petroleum gas, feed gas, and other process media. In refineries, it boosts associated gas for delivery to downstream units. It is core equipment for oil refining and extraction, compliant with the API 618 standard.
    2.Chemical Industry
    Capable of compressing ammonia synthesis gas, carbon dioxide, oxygen, ethylene, propylene, and various chemical media, with a discharge pressure of 0.1~25 MPa and flow rate of 50~7,200 Nm³/h. Widely used in large-scale chemical processes such as ammonia synthesis and urea production.
