Application Areas
Used to compress petroleum gas, feed gas, and other process media. In refineries, it boosts associated gas for delivery to downstream units. It is core equipment for oil refining and extraction, compliant with the API 618 standard.
2.Chemical Industry
Capable of compressing ammonia synthesis gas, carbon dioxide, oxygen, ethylene, propylene, and various chemical media, with a discharge pressure of 0.1~25 MPa and flow rate of 50~7,200 Nm³/h. Widely used in large-scale chemical processes such as ammonia synthesis and urea production.
3.Natural Gas Industry
Used for natural gas gathering and transportation, CNG filling stations, and natural gas satellite stations. It boosts purified natural gas to 25 MPa for storage and dispensing. Hydraulic piston models achieve an average displacement of up to 1,500 Nm³/h.
4.Industrial Applications
As the most widely used source of air power in industry, with a flow range of 100~50,000 Nm³/h and pressure range of 0.1~200 MPa. Both stationary and mobile configurations meet the dual needs of centralized plant air supply and flexible deployment at construction sites.
5.Food Industry
Utilizes oil-free lubrication technology to achieve zero oil contamination in compressed gas. Used for modified atmosphere packaging, pneumatic driving of beverage filling lines, and pneumatic conveying in grain storage, meeting the hygiene and safety requirements of the food industry.
6.Pharmaceutical Industry
Equipped with oil-free lubrication structures to fundamentally eliminate oil contamination. Used for raw material gas delivery, fermentation gas supply, pharmaceutical packaging, and pneumatic equipment in clean rooms, compliant with GMP certification requirements.
7.Hydrogen Energy Industry
Covers the entire chain from hydrogen production stations and filling mother stations to hydrogen refueling stations, offering multiple pressure levels from 22 to 90 MPa with a displacement range of 50~2,000 Nm³/h and a maximum of 900 bar. It is a core piece of equipment in hydrogen transportation infrastructure.
Working Media
1.Inert Gases
Suitable for the compression of inert gases such as Nitrogen (N2), Argon (Ar), Helium (He), Neon (Ne), and Carbon Dioxide (CO2). This type of Compressor employs appropriate sealing and material design to ensure the gas remains pure and stable during the compression process.
2.Oxidizing Gases
Suitable for the compression of oxidizing gases such as Oxygen (O2), Chlorine (Cl2), and Fluorine (F2). This type of Compressor requires special materials and strict degreasing treatment to prevent safety risks caused by oxidation reactions.
3.Flammable and Explosive Gases
Suitable for the compression of flammable and explosive gases such as Hydrogen (H2), Natural Gas (CH4), Carbon Monoxide (CO), Acetylene (C2H2), Ammonia (NH3), Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG), and gas mixtures. This Compressor is equipped with explosion-proof design and leakage monitoring systems to ensure safe and reliable operation.
4.Corrosive Gases
Suitable for the compression of corrosive gases such as Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S), Hydrogen Chloride (HCl), and Hydrogen Bromide (HBr). This type of Compressor uses corrosion-resistant materials and special sealing structures to effectively resist gas corrosion and extend equipment service life.
5.Olefins and Easily Liquefiable Gases
Suitable for the compression of olefins and easily liquefiable gases such as Ethylene (C2H4), Propylene (C3H6), Methane (CH4), Ethane (C2H6), and Propane (C3H8). This Compressor prevents premature liquefaction during compression through precise control of compression temperature and pressure.
