Nitrogen Compressor

Nitrogen (N₂) is a colorless, odorless, tasteless inert gas with stable chemical properties. Its density is 1.2506 kg/m³ under standard conditions, and it is non-flammable and does not support combustion. It is the most widely used protective gas in industry, primarily serving as a protective atmosphere for metal heat treatment, shielding gas for electronic component welding, nitrogen flushing for food preservation, feedstock gas for synthetic ammonia in the chemical industry, purge gas for petrochemical plant displacement, protective gas in glass manufacturing, and nitrogen injection for fire prevention and extinguishing in coal mines. When selecting a nitrogen compressor, key considerations include discharge purity, oil-free lubrication level, and pressure-flow matching. Especially in high-purity nitrogen applications, any oil contamination may lead to product quality incidents.

    The metal diaphragm is driven hydraulically to boost the gas. The cylinder requires no lubricating oil, as the diaphragm completely physically isolates the gas from the oil, ensuring an outlet purity of over 99.999%. The static sealing structure achieves zero-leakage operation, preventing contamination from external impurities while avoiding the loss of valuable nitrogen gas.

    High Efficiency, Low Maintenance, and Adaptability to Harsh Conditions: 
    A high single-stage compression ratio easily achieves medium-to-high pressure output. The diaphragm assembly is the only wearing part, resulting in extremely low maintenance costs. It is particularly suitable for applications with stringent purity requirements, such as the electronics industry, specialized metallurgy, scientific research laboratories, and rare nitrogen recovery and boosting systems.

    Core Materials and Key Component Life: 
    The diaphragm is made of high-quality stainless steel with high strength and high fatigue life. Its tensile strength is 1.5 times higher than conventional materials, and its continuous operating life can reach over 6,000 hours. The oil circuit system is equipped with a precise servo pressure regulating valve, ensuring the oil pressure always follows the gas pressure changes and remains at approximately 1.1 times the gas pressure, guaranteeing uniform stress on the diaphragm.

    Cavity Curvature and Volumetric Efficiency Optimization: 
    The diaphragm cavity curvatures of the cylinder head and the oil distribution plate are optimized using computer-aided design, improving volumetric efficiency by over 20%. Simultaneously, it improves the stress distribution on the diaphragm, extending its service life.

    Safety Protection and Material Cleanliness: 
    Equipped with a diaphragm rupture alarm device (three-layer diaphragm structure). Once the middle diaphragm ruptures, the alarm is triggered and the unit automatically shuts down to ensure equipment and personnel safety. All wetted metal components are made of 316L stainless steel to prevent rust contamination of the gas.

    Oil-Free Large Capacity and Wide Pressure Coverage: 

    An oil-free lubrication design is adopted, with no lubricating oil added between the cylinder and piston rings, fundamentally eliminating the risk of oil contamination. It offers large displacement and high volumetric efficiency, making it suitable for industrial gas stations, nitrogen pipeline boosting systems, and large-scale chemical plants with daily processing capacities ranging from thousands to tens of thousands of standard cubic meters. Multi-stage compression configurations can flexibly cover a wide range of applications from low pressure to high pressure (up to 25 MPa).

    Mature Technology and High Cost-Effectiveness: 

    The technology is mature, the structure is reliable, and there is a large installed base in the industry. Spare parts supply is fast and maintenance is convenient.     Oil-Free Lubrication and Seal Design: 
    The cylinder adopts an oil-free lubrication design. Piston rings and rider rings use self-lubricating materials to ensure dry running life. The packing seal employs a combination of multiple oil-free sealing rings, configured with a leakage recovery channel to ensure zero external leakage.

    Interstage Cooling and Discharge Temperature Control: 
    High-efficiency shell-and-tube coolers and gas-liquid separators are configured between stages to control the discharge temperature to not exceed 180°C and to separate condensate that may form during the compression process, ensuring stable unit operation.
  • 03
    Valve Optimization and Oil Migration Prevention Design: 
    The valve design fully considers the dry and clean characteristics of nitrogen, using low-resistance, long-life ring valves or channel valves to reduce power consumption. An intermediate partition chamber and oil scraper rings are arranged between the crankcase and the cylinder to prevent lubricating oil from the crankcase from migrating into the cylinder.
