High Purity and Zero Leakage
The metal diaphragm is driven hydraulically to boost the gas. The cylinder requires no lubricating oil, as the diaphragm completely physically isolates the gas from the oil, ensuring an outlet purity of over 99.999%. The static sealing structure achieves zero-leakage operation, preventing contamination from external impurities while avoiding the loss of valuable nitrogen gas.
High Efficiency, Low Maintenance & Adaptability
A high single-stage compression ratio easily achieves medium-to-high pressure output. The diaphragm assembly is the only wearing part, resulting in extremely low maintenance costs. It is particularly suitable for applications with stringent purity requirements, such as the electronics industry, specialized metallurgy, scientific research laboratories, and rare nitrogen recovery and boosting systems.
Core Materials and Key Component Life
The diaphragm is made of high-quality stainless steel with high strength and high fatigue life. Its tensile strength is 1.5 times higher than conventional materials, and its continuous operating life can reach over 6,000 hours. The oil circuit system is equipped with a precise servo pressure regulating valve, ensuring the oil pressure always follows the gas pressure changes and remains at approximately 1.1 times the gas pressure, guaranteeing uniform stress on the diaphragm.
Cavity Curvature & Volumetric Efficiency
The diaphragm cavity curvatures of the cylinder head and the oil distribution plate are optimized using computer-aided design, improving volumetric efficiency by over 20%. Simultaneously, it improves the stress distribution on the diaphragm, extending its service life.
Safety Protection and Material Cleanliness
Equipped with a diaphragm rupture alarm device (three-layer diaphragm structure). Once the middle diaphragm ruptures, the alarm is triggered and the unit automatically shuts down to ensure equipment and personnel safety. All wetted metal components are made of 316L stainless steel to prevent rust contamination of the gas.
